Cristiano Ronaldo has revealed that Saudi Professional League side Al-Nasr could be his last club.

Ronaldo said this in a recent interview with Portuguese television.

The 39-year-old joined Al Nasr from Manchester United in January last year. After leaving Manchester United, Ronaldo was expected to move to Sporting Lisbon that season.

“I don’t know if I will retire soon or in a few years. But I will probably stop playing at my current club (Al-Nasr). Ronaldo said in an interview with Portuguese TV channel ‘Now’

Ronaldo said he was happy at Al Nasr Stadium and the country had been very good to him. “I love playing in Saudi Arabia and I want to continue playing there,” he said.

Previously, Ronaldo played for Real Madrid in Spain and Juventus in Italy, and has scored 898 goals in his career. Among them, 130 goals were scored for the Portuguese national team. Ronaldo has confirmed that he still wants to continue playing for the national team.

Ronaldo added that he will not tell anyone he is retiring early when he retires from international football. “However, I will make this decision after careful consideration,” he said.

“Now I want to help the national team in the next games,” he said.

“We have the Nations League coming up soon. We really want to play in that competition,” Ronaldo said.

Ronaldo, who has won the Champions League five times to date, will be presented with a special award by UEFA president Aleksander Ceferin in recognition of his achievements in the tournament.

Ronaldo is also the top scorer in the history of the Champions League. He has scored 140 goals in 183 games. That is 11 more than his biggest rival, Argentina captain Messi. Both players currently play in leagues outside of Europe, with Barcelona’s Robert Lewandowski currently in third place with 94 goals.

Ronaldo, who enjoyed many successes in club football as a player, said he never thought about becoming a coach after retiring.

Portugal will host Croatia at home on the 5th of next month. Three days later, they will play Scotland, and then away to Poland in October. They will play Scotland again in October.
