Sri Lanka’s national carrier Mordian Air has resumed flights to Bangladesh after suspending them last month due to political unrest and turmoil in the country.
Flights to Dhaka have been suspended since the 6th of this month.
Air Moldova said flights have now resumed. However, the airline said it is now operating one flight per week to Dhaka, compared with two flights per week previously.
Apart from Bangladesh, the next scheduled flight from Maldives is to India.
