He then invited senior cinematographer Alireza Zarindast to speak, who also mourned the death of Saeed Rad, noting his lasting role in the film and saying: Fate is really strange. One day, I was editing the film Khadahafez Rafiq on the top floor of the same building, and Saeed (Rad) and Amir (Nadri) were next to me. Saeed Rad laid the foundation for the production of this film. I met him through my brother, and later we developed a friendship and cooperation. At that time my brother was making a film called Fatehin Sahra (as a producer), and I asked him to give Saeed a role, after which we gave the project Goodbye Rafiq. When Amir Nadri saw him, he said, “This is him.” After that, we started the film with Saeed’s capital of 20,000 tomans.

He continued: “Sayyid Raad’s father was a pilot who went abroad for training during the Reza Shah period and then returned, but he was later executed along with another group for opposing the Shah. This is the structure of nature and life, and I think it has its own uniqueness.”

Zarindast, who has directed many important films, including Kimiayi’s works, said in another part: “I worked with Sayyid on many films and we had a great friendship. We have lost a good man and a good actor. One of his characteristics that became more apparent in his post-revolutionary roles was his special voice that suited the roles he played.”

Later, as Dehbashi explained about the upcoming video of Aamir Naderi, Mehrshad Karkhani came behind the podium and said that he had been in touch with Aamir Naderi for a while until he realized that he was preparing for his new film in a city in the United States.

Later, in a speech referring to Zalindast and Kakani, film critic Hoshang Golmkani reminded that Saeed Rad started his work at the same time as the new wave of Iranian cinema and the genius of his work Amir Naderi discovered him, and Saeed Rad was said to not like acting at all and preferred bowling, but when it came to work, he even supported the film financially.

He went on: All this happened at a time when the New Wave needed new actors, but later as the New Wave declined, Sayid Rad entered the commercial film world until the time came to make this kind of film.

The critic noted: Sayyid Raad, with his style, had no place in post-revolutionary cinema, he was one of the victims of the decision he made between two discontinuous eras of activity; therefore, he had to emigrate, a break from the oppression of the actor. If he had known where he lived and worked, perhaps he would have followed the natural trajectory of his career. Over the years, he would call from time to time to consult the advice given to him, and of course in the end he did his work, but with the exception of Duel, which was closer to his style, he was not completely satisfied with many of his works.
