A new office building called ZoppiPark will soon be built in Zatelliit, the Kempele Municipality said in its announcement.
The approximately 1,000 square meter, partially two-story building will be completed in Kiertorata-katu in spring 2025. The building will house office and lobby space. Rakennuspalvelu Kokko Oy is responsible for the construction.
Akvatek Oy and Betasähkö Oy are moving to new locations. Akvatek is a company specializing in sewer maintenance with more than 80 employees. Betasähkö, on the other hand, is a specialist company focused on electrical contracting with more than 50 employees.
There is still some open space in the building.
