But to prepare the egg pancakes, Oliver took three eggs, added a little salt, and then stirred them thoroughly with a fork. The chef poured the mixture into a cold frying pan and began to spread it evenly over the entire surface. The next step is to flip the pancake and add the filling. It should be placed only on one half of the pancake. Cover the filling with the empty part and press lightly.
