– Throw away the damn pot! Grayson yelled.
– I apologize, Macy shouted, with the pot in her hands, and dived to the floor.
There is a kitchen island and other items between the police and Macy. Next, the video continues after Macy is shot. Grayson’s colleague announces that he is going to get a first aid kit.
– Look, a bullet to the head. That’s it. You can get it (the first aid kit), but it’s a headshot, Grayson replied.
Grayson’s colleague was silent for a moment, then began to curse. He still pointed the gun in Macy’s direction.

Murder charge
The video was released about two weeks after Grayson shot Macy. CNN reported on Saturday, July 20 that Grayson has been charged with murder.

Grayson turned on his body camera only after he shot Massey, according to prosecutors. When they arrived at Massey’s yard, Grayson’s co-worker turned on the camera.
An Illinois State Police investigation did not support Grayson’s claims that his use of deadly force was justified.
A Sangamon County grand jury indicted Grayson last Wednesday on three charges: first-degree murder, aggravated assault and misconduct in office.
