The Council of the Romagna Chamber of Commerce, at its meeting on May 30, 2024, unanimously approved the 2023 financial statements, with a healthy and balanced budget and a solid financial situation. Economic interventions amounted to 6.3 million euros, significantly higher than in previous years, also due to a 1.2 million euro contribution from Unioncamere, the Rome Chamber of Commerce and the BCC Ravennate Imola Forlivese, aimed at helping affected businesses. CISE is a special company whose budget is attached to the Chamber of Commerce, is 83% self-financed and continues to be a reference point for Corporate Social Responsibility (SA 8000), with revenues up 15.5% and a 7.4% decrease in the Chamber’s contribution. CISE coordinates two important European projects: Interreg Europe MAE in the field of aerospace and Interreg Central EuropeGeneva in the field of urban autonomous driving. “In public institutions, a sober and balanced budget constitutes a public good for its community; however, what is more important is the effect produced by the use of resources, the output of the services provided and the social infrastructure created in the territory through public spending – said Carlo Battistini, President of the Romagna Chamber of Commerce –. The Chamber has shown a solid and credible reality in the leading group of Italian Chambers for its innovative capacity. The entrepreneurial system has taken root and must now move towards a double transformation: we can be sure that, according to the allocation of budgetary resources, the Chamber is doing its part to support companies and to support the territory, helping to consolidate the reality of attractiveness but above all to promote innovation. Two years after the establishment of the current Chamber of Commerce Council, the territories of Forlì-Cesena and Rimini have changed a lot: first, quantitative growth has now stopped, but wealth continues to expand, with the core fact that productivity is still insufficient. Therefore, the Chamber must continue to work in this direction, towards widespread digitalization, innovation and the use of artificial BroadCast Unitedligence. The activities of each company, as well as those of the PA, need a profound reorganization to guide artificial BroadCast Unitedligence instead of being forced to chase it. There are three possible options for activities: those that can be better carried out by artificial BroadCast Unitedligence; Those technologies where humans can perform better through artificial BroadCast Unitedligence, and those that do not yet exist but can bring great benefits to workers and companies. The Romagna Chamber of Commerce seeks to be a witness that new developments are possible, expanding opportunities together with associations and trade unions and these intermediary bodies that can inspire the region and guarantee a network of social and economic solidarity even in technological transition”. Some actions carried out in 2023 In the field of economic information, we completed the development of a dashboard for the financial statements of stock companies. An experimental analysis of “data and texts” extracted from supplementary notes and company reports was carried out, enhancing the artificial BroadCast Unitedligence potential of the business register.
