IND vs. NEP, Women’s Asian Cup live updates: Shafali Verma’s fiery knock helped India to 178/3 in 20 overs against Nepal in the Group A match of the 2024 Women’s Asia Cup on Tuesday. India opted to bat first and Verma and Dayalan Hemlatha worked well together to get off to a hot start. Verma scored 81 runs in 48 balls while Hemlatha scored 47. Apart from this, Jemimah Rodrigues also scored 28 runs. Nepal’s Sita Rana Magar scored two runs while Kabita Joshi scored one.
