Following a global IT outage, IT systems at Manx Care, including GP surgeries, have been restored.
However, there may be some delays as colleagues work through a backlog of appointments and pharmacies deal with repeat prescriptions.
During this time we would like the understanding of all patients and service users as staff work hard to cope with the backlog.
Also, if you are trying to log into the Patient Access System and are having difficulty, please do not call your GP practice today for help – if you can wait a day or two and try again, this will help the team to get through their appointment backlog quicker.
