Not only do Virgilijus and Jurgita sell Belgian waffles, but they noticed that Lithuanians like the new and the ordinary as well, and Belgian waffles have been popular with tourists and locals for years.

“The pioneer of waffles was Virgilius, who started baking waffles many years ago, then he lived in America for a while, then he came back and was surprised that people still didn’t eat those waffles and thought it necessary to continue. “We also offer people bubble waffles, but we found it necessary to add Belgian waffles on the side, because people don’t want bubble waffles as much as before. The dough is really, really delicious, I really recommend you to try everything”, Jurgita smiles.

Observing that holidaymakers were looking for something a little more interesting, the couple decided to offer something a little different than the usual, and that’s how the Painting Coffee, created on site, was born.

Bored of drinking coffee? Then you can also decorate Belgian waffles.

Using a special printer, the drawing can be created with extreme precision, so it is not complicated: the photo is transferred from the tablet to the printer’s computer, and within a few minutes, when the coffee is ready, the printer draws the image from the coffee powder.

“We bake our own waffles, we make our own candies, and we can create a smooth waffle surface and draw on it. Drawing requires a flat surface. We can even draw on white vanilla ice cream,” the woman shared.

There are two markets nearby, but the offerings are somewhat different. Virgilius said guests are also drawn to the wide variety of ice creams.

“People have been asking for it again and again, so now we have four types of lactose-free ice cream. So whoever wants it, we offer it. We can flavor them the way people want – we can add strawberries and powdered sugar. Such licenses are 50 cents more expensive than regular ones, although we have not increased the price since last year. For those who eat regular ice cream, we thought of offering Italian gelato, which is coated with strips of syrup. Our syrup comes in three flavors: strawberry, mango and green apple, and you can choose the one you want. We decorate ice cream with multiple flavors with ribbons, and we can mix ice cream flavors,” says the businessman.

The interviewer stated that there is currently no intention to increase the price of ice cream, so it can be purchased from 1.5 euros, while coffee will only increase by 20 cents compared to last year.
