A man was stabbed multiple times in the old town of Queluz, Sintra, in the early hours of this Friday morning. During the attack, the victim was completely naked and when he was found, he revealed to the Public Security Department that the attacker (who has been detained) acted out of jealousy.
PSP official sources revealed centimeter The attack took place shortly after 3am on Rua dos Combatentes da Grande Guerra. Several witnesses alerted the Public Security Department about the violent clashes in the street. The first patrol officers to arrive at the scene found the injured man wandering around naked and covered in blood. Firefighters from Cruz were called and took him to the Santa Maria Hospital in Lisbon.
Based on the description provided by the victim, the PSP was able to locate the attacker. The man had two knives with blood on them. He was arrested by the police and handed over to the Judicial Police, who are investigating the attempted murder. A security cordon was set up on several streets in the area to allow for the investigation.
