A cruise ship from a Swiss company will visit the island today for the first time, one of two visits.
The Viking Sky, operated by Basel-based Viking Cruises, dropped anchor in Douglas Bay at around 8am.
The ship is 745 feet long and can carry 930 passengers.
She was due to leave at 8pm but plans to return to the Isle of Man later this month.
