Hamas has issued its most dangerous threat yet to the government of Benjamin Netanyahu after 45 Palestinians were burned to death in the city of Rafah. Hamas told Israel that if the massacre continues, all captives could be returned as dead bodies. Hamas officials accused the Israeli army of killing its own citizens held in the Gaza Strip.
Israel ignored the ICJ’s order and attacked tents of displaced people taking shelter near a UN aid agency warehouse in Rafah, killing dozens.
