Manx Care is committed to collecting feedback from patients, clients, service users, carers, families and everyone who comes into contact with our services.

We used a very brief survey method that was quick and simple for people to use and could be accessed using a mobile phone.

You can complete the survey using the QR code which is available on posters placed throughout Manx Care sites, leaflets, hard copies and via the following link: Manx Care Advice and Liaison Service (MCALS) webpage.

When should I fill out the survey?

The Friends and Family Test is a great way for us to hear your feedback and, most importantly, make changes to improve our services and the way we deliver care.

Do I have to respond?

Your responses are completely voluntary and anonymous and cannot be traced back to you.

If you are unable to complete the survey, your family member, caregiver, or friend is welcome to complete the survey on your behalf.

Karen Maddox, Head of the Isle of Man Care Advice and Liaison Service, said:

“We’re delighted that service users, carers and families will now be able to provide feedback in a more streamlined way. It’s another great opportunity to understand people’s experiences, collate data and act on feedback, whether it’s positive or negative. We want all our service users to use this new system and we hope it will complement Manx Care’s other forms of feedback collection in a useful way.”
