Rosa Díez will present the book on the advantages of independence written by ERC’s Bosch

UPyD leader Rosa Díez will present next Wednesday at an event in the Chamber of Deputies the book written by ERC spokesman Alfred Bosch, “Like a friend. The independence of Catalonia is of interest to the Spanish people”, which explains the alleged benefits of Catalan independence and the hypothetical secession of Catalonia.

UPyD sources explained that Boss asked Dies to present her book, an invitation the UPyD leader accepted because of the good personal relationship that unites the two deputies despite their well-known ideological differences, especially regarding the unification of Spain.

The event will be moderated by Congress President Jesus Posada and will feature speeches by Rosa Díaz and the book’s authors.

A few weeks ago, in an interview for the book, Boss assured that Catalan independence was “irreversible and irreversible” and was convinced that an “amicable divorce” was possible and that it would be “beneficial” to both parties from an economic point of view.

“We will not face it. If it is irreversible and unstoppable, what matters most is not what, but how, so that the process is civilized and peaceful and does not harm anyone. On the contrary, we get most of it”, he declared.

In his book, Bosch tries to explain the “friendly side” of independence, namely the opportunity to turn a “bad marriage” into a separated couple, or even into “good lovers” after a while.
