A passenger explained to Love News that soon after boarding the bus in Hopkins Village, McKenzie began to feel labor pains and her water broke. She told the bus driver, who rushed her to Southern Regional Hospital, where doctors were waiting for her and her bouncing baby. We are happy to report that Mackenzie and her baby are both healthy. He was born weighing 5 pounds 9 ounces.
