A man has been arrested for attempting to kidnap a woman.
Police said they received reports that a Druvi man had locked a woman in a house and tortured her. When officers tried to rescue the woman, she was stabbed in the neck, police said.
Police said the woman was forcibly rescued and placed on a bicycle after being stabbed in the neck.
The woman is being treated at IGMH but is doing well, police said. The man was injured and is being treated at ADK.
Police said they were investigating the incident.
