The experience will continue to be enjoyed by participants of Kidznet Summer Camp at Vigie Multipurpose Sports Centre, which is directed by former national tennis player and Ministry of Youth Development and Sports coach Alice Lynch.

Youth Development and Sports Officer Clivus Jules of the Ministry of Youth Development and Sports visited the camp on Wednesday, 21 August.

“This is the last leg of the camp, which will end on Friday, August 23, so make sure you enjoy the rest of your time and come back next year. I hope you had a great opportunity to have fun with your classmates, visit places of interest, participate in various sports activities, and learn lifelong skills,” Jules told the participants.

One of the presenters, Darnel Pierre, spoke on behalf of Kidznet.

.

“The campers participated in several activities such as horse riding, swimming and other sports activities, and received lectures on how to keep their area and St. Lucia clean,” he noted.

.

In addition to Lynch and her staff, attendees welcomed several high-profile guest speakers from the Department of Fisheries, the Department of Health, the Massey Stores and the Marine Force (RSLPF).
