Bologna Province: The Carabinieri of Pianoro station (BO) have implemented a preventive measure prohibiting the use of electronic devices to approach offended persons from places frequented by them, against 63 Italians aged 20, sentenced to prison for private violence, grievous voluntary bodily harm and possession of offensive objects. This provision was issued by the judge of the preliminary investigation of the Court of Bologna at the request of the Bologna Public Prosecutor’s Office, following the attack of a 58-year-old man with a hammer by a 63-year-old man, possibly motivated by jealousy. In view of the above, the Carabinieri, after finding the 63-year-old man, informed him of the preventive measure issued by the judge.
