The cruise line says it has activated its emergency plan after its newest ferry was damaged in an overnight incident.
The Marine Accident Investigation Branch is investigating the damage to the Manx off Haysham.
The cruise line said in a statement that the Ben-my-Chree and Arrow will maintain passenger and cargo services.
The Manxman will require repairs before it can be put back into service, while the Manannan will continue to operate normally in the meantime.
