Hamas launched its first large-scale rocket attack on Tel Aviv since May on August 13. Hamas’s Qassam Brigades claimed to have fired two M-90 rockets into central Israel.
The IDF said one of the rockets landed near the coast of Tel Aviv and the other missed its target. Hamas also said its fighters attacked a Merkava tank in Khan Yunis, Gaza, during heavy fighting with the IDF.
