Better known as: “Marro” and “Marrs”, 65, from Giraudel, living in Newtown

She died on Sunday, July 28, at the Dominican-China Friendship Hospital.

She has three children: Jermaine Desiree, Malcolm Allyne and Melinda Sayers

She will also be remembered by:

2 grandchildren: Yenel Henry and Nathan

1. Goddaughter: Angri James

6 brothers: Clement C. Huff, George, Julie, Vernon Huff and family, Raymond Fontaine and Philip Huff and family

Sister: Elizabeth Oscar and her family

Nephews and nieces are too numerous to mention.

cousins: Sandra Sorhaindo and Cecil Harve and family, Suzette, Francis Green, Martha, Natherly and the Harve family of Giraudre

Close friends: Beverly, Zacha, Bertie, Sonnyboy, Wendell, Gerald, Fox Bakery, Miss Williams, Miss Lewis and the staff and students at Newtown Primary School

The body of the late Marilyn Harve, better known as “Marro” and “Marrs,” of Giraudre and a resident of Newtown, will be viewed at Our Lady of Fatima Church in Newtown on Wednesday, August 21 at 2:30 p.m. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m., with burial to follow in the Roseau Catholic Cemetery.

The management and staff of the Dominican Broadcasting Corporation express their deepest condolences to the families of the victims.
The late Marilyn Harve, known as “Marlo” and “Mars,” was from Giraudre and lived in Newtown.
