Office of the Prime Minister – Prime Minister and Minister of Finance Philip J. Pierre will present his revenue and expenditure budget for the 2024-2025 fiscal year to Parliament on March 26, 2024. His report to the House of Representatives will include a detailed review of the government’s balance sheet for the 2023-2024 fiscal year.

The Prime Minister has designated Budget 2024-2025 as the Year of Infrastructure. The Year of Infrastructure foreshadows a broad range of government investments in strategic capital projects and development initiatives. These investments will modernize and revitalize public infrastructure and enhance the country’s human capital capabilities.
The 2024-2025 Budget has been developed based on the needs and priorities of the citizens of Saint Lucia. It is a blueprint for building new economic pillars that support the continued development of our people and our country.
Prime Minister Pierre’s Budget contains targeted policies to advance the Government’s development agenda and effectively address economic headwinds in international markets. The Year of Infrastructure promises to continue progress and comprehensively address national, regional and international challenges.
After the Prime Minister’s speech, the debate on the revenue and expenditure budget will begin on March 27, 2024 and end on March 28, 2024.
