Kathmandu. Anuya Tamang has won the third season of The Voice. Tamang, a rival of Pramod Karel’s team, won the title in the grand finale held on Saturday.
Himalaya TV Chairman Dharmaraj Bhusal, Executive Director Shyam Kandel and others presented awards to the winners. After winning, Anuar received Rs 10 lakh and a gift basket from the sponsor. Other finalists also received gift baskets.
Anuja and Lakpa Sherpa from coach Pramod Karel’s team, Sanika Dital and Lingjin Dolma Lama from coach Milan Nivar’s team were finalists. Dwitika Pradhan and Chhesang Tamang from coach Chhewang Lama’s team, Simla Dhital and Ayush Lama from coach Melina Rai’s team participated in the finals.
Vatsalya Natural IVF was the main sponsor for season 3. The finale featured musical performances by the coaches and contestants. Based on the audience vote, the contestant with the most votes was chosen as the winner.
The voting line remained open till 7 pm on Saturday. It was learned in the finale that the digital auditions for the sixth season of Voice Nepal will be open for only seven days. The host Sushil Nepal personally came on stage to inform about this.
