The Isle of Man Government Customs and Immigration is continually improving its online portal to better serve our users. As part of these improvements, all taxpayers and agents are now required to ensure their primary email address is accurately updated in the online portal.
Why this update is important
Keeping your contact information up to date is essential to ensure that you receive important communications and notifications regarding your tax obligations and other related matters. Therefore, all users must review their contact details in the online portal and set their preferred email address as the primary email address. In addition, users must check the box to confirm their primary email address.
How to Update Your Email Address
- Log in to the Customs and Immigration Online Portal
- Select the “Profile” option from the toolbar
- Review and update your email address under the Email Address tab
- Make sure your preferred email address is marked as the primary email address by checking the corresponding box

Failure to update your primary email address may result in missed communications, which could affect your compliance with tax regulations.
