Governor’s unkempt bushes spark Onchan’s complaints

Onkun County commissioners say they will consider trimming the governor’s bushes after receiving complaints that they look unkempt.

At a recent meeting of the local authority, members were told that members of the public had made complaints about excessive hedge growth across the area.

It was reported that the hedges at Governor’s House, in particular, which is located along Governor’s Road, were in very bad condition.

The board said it would investigate the criticisms.
