With over 50 years of experience, Terry Moede has proven herself to be an expert in the field. A dynamic, results-oriented leader, Ms. Moede is highly skilled in consulting project/program manager roles, specializing in the implementation of Electronic Health Records (EHR) in the healthcare industry. Ms. Moede currently serves as an EHR Consultant for the White Bird Clinic, a nonprofit organization in Eugene, Oregon, working closely with the medical clinic, behavioral health clinic, information technology services, and multiple other departments. She collaborates with IT specialists and data analysts to oversee data reporting to state and county agencies. She plays a key role in the implementation of Electronic Health Records for hospitals and nonprofit organizations.
She has held an impressive number of positions, including but not limited to Interim Vice President of IT at Tri-City Medical Center;
Oregon Health & Science University.
Prior to beginning her current career, Terry was a respiratory therapist and spent 17 years in direct patient care before shifting her focus to information technology. She later earned her Master of Business Administration in Health Care Services from the University of Phoenix and her Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration from Northern Arizona University.
Throughout her illustrious career, Terri Moder has received many awards and honors and has been recognized worldwide for her achievements. This year, she will be considered for the Empowering Women Award and will be featured in TIP (Top Industry Professionals) magazine. This December, she will be honored at the IAOTP Annual Awards Gala at the magnificent Gaylord Opryland Hotel in Nashville for being selected as the 2024 Project Manager of the Year.
Additionally, Ms. Moede actively stays abreast of industry changes through membership in prominent organizations such as the Business Relationship Management Association, the Association for Healthcare Improvement, the Project Management Association, and the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Association.
