Dr. Charles Fleming has died. According to reliable overseas sources, the former Saint Lucia ambassador to the United Nations recently died and was buried in Kennesco Cemetery in the “Valhalla Village” of Westchester, New York. Fleming was widely remembered for his elegant dress and was also praised for his oratory and BroadCast Unitedligence. He was at the center of the 1995 “UN funding scandal.”
