If you would like to print this list, a PDF version is available.

If a planning application has not yet been finalised, you can also use this service to submit objections or comments in support of the application.

Comments or objections to this listing must be made by August 30, 2024.

We have sent each applicant a laminated Site Notice to be displayed on site, or to show to landowners who are not applicants.

While the criteria for submitting comments may vary for each legislative instrument, in order to give weight to any statements or comments and to enable an evaluation of the contributors,Identity of interested parties‘ or ‘right of appeal’, encourages people to clearly indicate the relationship between their land or buildings and the land under application. If the person making the statement wishes to be considered for participation in any subsequent proceedings, it must demonstrate sufficient interest in the subject matter of the application.

Appealing a planning decision

Since the last list was published, the following applications have been appealed.

Planning Board Public Meetings

The next public meeting of the Planning Committee will be held remotely via Microsoft Teams at 10am on 19 August 2024 in the Ground Floor Meeting Room of Murray House, Havelock Hill, Douglas, Isle of Man.

Copies of the meeting agenda are available from the department at least three business days before the meeting or on the department’s website.

The public and applicants are welcome to attend the meeting.
