A 64-year-old man charged with careless driving will face trial in Summary Court.
Frank Harrison, of Newtown Estate, Sandton, denies committing the offence.
The incident is said to have taken place on January 25 on the main road in Griba.
The magistrate granted him bail to appear in court again on September 10.
