SINGAPORE: The Land Transport Authority announced on Sunday (Aug 25) that the Choa Chu Kang-Yew Tee cycle path network has been completed.
The cycle track, which is about 11 kilometres long, was launched by Deputy Prime Minister Gan Kim Yong, who is also the grassroots adviser to the grassroots organisation in Choa Chu Kang GRC.
“Residents can now safely and conveniently cycle to various amenities in both towns such as Choa Chu Kang Community Club, Lot One, Teck Whye Shopping Centre, Sun City Plaza and Yew Tee Corner,” said the Land Transport Authority.
“These cycle paths also complement the existing park connectors, providing better connectivity to parks such as Choa Chu Kang Park and Yew Tee Park.”
