The head of the Ukrainian state, Volodymyr Zelensky, said on July 20 that he had received new reports about the murder of Irina Farion and that all versions were being investigated, including those that reached Russia. According to the review portal, Vladimir Zelensky announced this on his Telegram.

The president said he heard new reports from Interior Minister Igor Kremenko and Ukrainian Security Service Director Vasily Maliuk.

“All available surveillance cameras are being processed, eyewitness interviews are continuing, all versions are being investigated, including the one that led to Russia,” Zelensky said.

The president added that the interior minister, deputy prosecutor general and heads of the national police and security forces were in Lviv.

It is worth noting that the Ukrainian Minister of Internal Affairs Igor Klimenko Reports said Irina Faryon’s murder was planned.

The interior minister said: “The gunman prepared in advance, this was a spontaneous murder, how long he prepared – a week or two – time will tell the answer.”

Igor Klimenko noted that police in Lviv and the region are cooperating with investigators and agents from Kiev, SBU officials.
