AFP reporters saw Zelensky walking into the lobby of a luxury hotel where defense ministers from around the world were attending the Shangri-La Dialogue security forum.
Zelensky will address the forum on Sunday, according to the International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS), an analytical center that organizes the three-day event.
