Wheat-Free Patties Ingredients:
– 2 Egg Units
– 1 cup of milk
– 2 cups gluten-free oat flour
– 6 tablespoons oil + a little for greasing the mold
– 2 teaspoons baking powder one
– Salt to taste
Finishing Ingredients – Egg Wash:
– 2 egg units (yolk only)
– 1 tablespoon water
Preliminary preparation:
- Keep recipe ingredients and utensils separate.
- Lightly grease a 6 cm diameter, 3 cm high pie pan.
- Prepare the filling of your choice (chicken, meat, hearts of palm or other) and let it cool.
- Preheat the Airfryer to 160°C.

Wheat-Free Patties- Dough Preparation:
- Place eggs, milk, oil and salt in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Add the gluten-free oat flour little by little, pulsing after each addition to mix and make the dough smooth.
- Add the yeast last and mix gently without stirring.
- Pour one layer of dough into the bottom of a greased pan.
- Add the filling of your choice to the mold, distributing it evenly.
- Cover the filling with the remaining dough.
Wheat-free patties in the Airfryer – To prepare in the Airfryer:
- Place the molds in the air fryer basket, leaving space between the molds for air circulation. If necessary, divide it into steps depending on the capacity of your device.
- Insert the basket into the air fryer drawer preheated to 160°C and bake for 5 minutes or until the surface of the dough is slightly firm.
- Meanwhile, mix the egg yolk with water in a bowl for brushing.
- Open the air fryer and brush the patties with egg yolk diluted with water.
- Increase the temperature to 180°C.
- Close the drawer and bake for a further 10 minutes, or until the patties are cooked through and golden on the outside. This time may vary depending on the power of your Airfryer.
- Once they are golden brown and baked, remove the drawer and turn off the appliance.
Finalization and Assembly:
