Watch it! How the Valmiera Theatre Company returned to its restored home

After almost three years away from their second home, the actors of the Valmiera Theater now have the opportunity to start a new season in the renovated theater venue. Therefore, the theme of this season’s productions is homecoming and love in all its manifestations. How does it feel to be back home for the actors? What can you expect from the new season?

Entering the theater, the actors first go to the so-called “black box” or new lobby, which is the theater’s new asset. In addition, the actors can play the role of the audience and try out new seats in the already well-loved lobby.

“It’s wonderful to be back, especially on your birthday. Spending it with colleagues in these new venues and feeling that here we will be able to devote ourselves to creating new performances. There is new energy again,” said Eduard Johansson, actor at the Valmiera Theatre.
