St. Kitts and Nevis (WINN): On Thursday afternoon, August 29, 2024, the St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force confirmed the discovery of missing teenager Vincia Cannegeiter at a press conference organized by the Police Force.
According to police, they learned that Canegette was currently in Nevis, but her exact location was unknown. However, the girl turned herself in to the police station and was detained.
The teen was one of several residents of the New Horizons Rehabilitation Centre in St. Kitts who escaped from the centre about two weeks ago.
Police said they will investigate the matter.
