We saw some great little football and drama in the two matches of the Herzegovina League quarter-finals in Mostar on Thursday night.

Vidovo polje (Stolac) defeated Jakliće (Prozor-Rama) 4: 3. The Stolac representative led almost the entire match, but the opponent team held on and tied the score at 3: 3. Nevertheless, Vidovo polje ended the match with a 4: 3 advantage.

The second match was decided on penalties. Krehin Graca (Čitluk) defeated Rakitno (Posušje) with a final score of 7:5. The regular score was 3:3, but the Čitluk team showed good character, which eventually led to their promotion to the semi-finals.

Friday night’s semifinals will see them face off against:

20:30 Mostar (Center 2) – Čitluk (Krešin Gradac)

21.30 Vidovopolje (Stolac) – Left Bank (Shiroki Brijeg)
