Quetzaltenango– The Goats paid tribute to their former football player.
Today, the Xelajú MC paid tribute to Julio Ariz El Loco Leiva, who was killed yesterday in an armed attack that has plunged the Guatemalan football world into mourning.
Rewa’s body arrived at the Super Goat Fortress at around 7:00 pm where he was received by the club’s leaders and a group of fans who expressed their condolences to his family and loved ones.

El Loco, as he was known during his career as a football player and coach, was a member of the Quetzaltecan club, where he played 32 national league games, totaling 1,026 minutes and scoring four goals.
Julio Ariz Leyva’s coffin will now leave Quetzaltenango for the capital, where he will be veiled and buried.
