The Toronto home where Meghan Markle lived during the filming of “Just Smart” is now for sale again.

Now, the house is back on the market, with Daniel Freeman of Freeman Real Estate handling the sale. While neither the owner nor Freeman has commented on the sale, the property has received a lot of attention in the Canadian media. Similar homes in the area sell for between $2 and $3 million (approximately HUF 700 million to HUF 1 billion), so it’s a good deal for the new owner to buy this home at a relatively good price.
