The anti-corruption agency has found that there were violations in the state procurement of 1.3 billion soums of the Uzbek Automobile Company. The heads of two companies participating in the tender are close relatives. Currently, the purchase results have been cancelled and action has been taken against the perpetrators.

While studying the tenders, the agency found that the leaders and founders of these corporate entities were close relatives.
In particular, public information indicates that the head of Eko Tsem Komplekt Oborudovanie MJCH is Askarov Abdurahim Mutalovich, and the expected competitor of Eko Lit Metall is the son of Mutalipov Anvarjon Abdurahim.
In this case, a proposal has been made to the client to cancel the procurement results due to violation of several requirements of the National Procurement Act. The collected documents have been sent to the relevant authorities to take legal action against the culprits, the report said.
