The Moroccan beach soccer team of Mohamed Abicha and Zouhair Gharaoui lost by two sets to the American team of Miles Bartain and Andrew Benesch in the second round of Group IV of the “Paris 2024 Olympic Games.”
Mohamed Abesha and Zuhair Gharrawi lost the first set 21-12. In the second set, the Moroccan duo fought hard but lost 26-28.
The Moroccan beach soccer team defeated the Brazilian team composed of Jorge Soto Mayor and Andre Loyola in two sets (18-21 and 10-21) in the first match.
It is worth noting that the Moroccan players will face the Cuban national team in the third round of Group 4 on Thursday the day after tomorrow.
