Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba said: The visit was a “major diplomatic breakthrough” in Kiev’s attempt to put pressure on neutral countries. So that they show balance in their relations with the warring parties. Ukraine is not seeking India to play a mediating role in potential negotiations, he added.
