Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that Kiev has developed a plan to end the war with Russia and will present it to US President Joe Biden in September. He said this at a press conference within the framework of the “Independence of Ukraine 2024” forum. Informed.

Zelensky called the second direction of the plan “strengthening Ukraine’s strategic position in the world’s security infrastructure,” the third direction “forcing Russia to end the war diplomatically,” and the fourth direction “economic.”
“The plan is ready. I think it would be best if we presented it to the president of the United States first. The success of the plan depends on whether they provide us with the content of the plan and whether we can use it freely,” he said.
“I think it’s appropriate to present this plan to Kamala Harris and Donald Trump because we don’t know who’s going to be president, but we really want to implement this plan,” he said. He added Zelensky.
“RBK-Ukraine” clarified that the meeting with Biden, Harris and Trump was planned as part of Zelensky’s trip to New York to attend the UN General Assembly.
At the same press conference, Zelensky said he was not prepared to trade the country’s territory for security guarantees and NATO membership and that Ukraine should not compromise with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
“I understand what the whole world wants to hear: Ukraine has presented a compromise plan on how to end the war tomorrow. But I will not surprise you. This does not look like a compromise with Putin, in principle today’s dialogue is empty and meaningless. He does not want the war to end diplomatically. He is said to be diplomatic, but he wants us to give him 30% of the land. I think we should not play him on this matter,” he said.
