Nelly Ermolaeva, host of “House-2”, admitted that she and her husband, blogger Alexey Smagazhevsky, are building a house and she plans to finish the work by September 1. She reported this to mk.ru.
Elmolaeva said she currently plans to spend at least 40 million rubles on the property. She did not call the price of the house “exorbitant.”
“What does ‘high-value checks’ mean? Everyone’s situation is different. For some people, $20,000 is a lot of money, but for others, $1 million is not a lot of money. <...> Prices have gone up, but we don’t decide the prices,” the TV presenter stressed.
According to Elmolayeva, the new house will have many interesting features. The celebrity plans to decorate his office in Balinese style, as his family often travels to Indonesia. There will be a “steep terrace” on the second floor.
The TV presenter’s husband, Smaghevsky, said the couple encountered difficulties during the construction process. They had to change the design of the house during construction because Elmolaeva wanted to build a second floor. The roof was already up at that time.
“Basically, now we have a second floor where we can watch movies on footstools, but the floor height will be minimal,” he said.
In July 2023, Elmolaeva married businessman and blogger Alexei Smagazhevsky. They got married at the Barvikha registry office near Moscow. It is known that about 250 people took part in the organization of the celebrations. The host was singer Philip Kirkorov, who hosted the event remotely from Greece.
