Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan will travel to Brussels, the capital of Belgium, today to attend a “Palestine” conference.
According to a written statement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the meeting will discuss the latest developments in Gaza and efforts for more countries to recognize the State of Palestine.
As part of his visit, Minister Fidan will hold two border meetings.
Hakan Fidan will attend the “International Partners” meeting, where he will meet with Palestinian Prime Minister Mohammad Mustafa, an international partner who continues to provide humanitarian aid to Palestine.
At the meeting, Palestinian Prime Minister Mohammad Mustafa is expected to speak about the government’s priorities and plans and share his thoughts on the challenges facing Palestine.
International partners will engage in interactive dialogue with the Palestinian Authority during the consultations.
Most of the humanitarian aid in Gaza is provided by Turkey, which supports Palestine politically on all platforms and encourages reconciliation efforts among Palestinians.
