Turki Ali: Our goal is to continue what we have achieved…Have a quiet plenary meeting with the leaders

Yesterday, Al Sadd FC held a regular general meeting, attended by the club’s vice president engineer Abdullah bin Hamad Al Attiyah, the club’s executive director Turki Al Ali, the chairman of the Football Authority Mohammed Ghanem Al Ali, and the club’s technical director Ali Faraj Al Ghanim.
A total of 28 members out of 45 attended the meeting, with the participation of Ibrahim Al-Najjar, a representative of the Ministry of Sports and Youth. Various recommendations were discussed.
During the Ordinary General Meeting:
• Approval of the minutes of the last meeting held on August 31, 2023.
• Discuss the club president’s report on the club’s work over the past year and plans and work schedule for the new year.
• Approve the final accounts for the 2023-2024 fiscal year ending May 31, 2024, and approve the draft budget for the next year, 2023-2024.
• Discuss the audit report, appoint the auditor and estimate his fee for one year.
Turki Al-Ali, Executive Director of Al-Sadd Club, stressed that there is a permanent harmony between the members and the club’s management. He said: “Everyone has a goal, which is to push Al-Sadd Club forward and continue its achievements and break the records it achieves every year. Thank God, we meet the requirements of members and fans, and we look forward to achievements. He added: “We have a challenge every year, which is to break the results we have achieved. Now the team’s focus is on the league and then the AFC Champions League.”
The executive director continued: We have been here for Al Sadd FC and we know that the football team is the most concerned, so we have focused on the team’s preparation since last season.
Talking about Al Sadd’s participation in the AFC Champions League Elite League, he said: We are ready to participate in the AFC Champions League. The league’s data also confirms that the team is developing from one game to the next. With the efforts of the brotherhood, the administrative, technical and players will go all out in the competition, fight hard and strive to achieve the best results.
Regarding other matches, he said: We are always interested in all matches, because Al Sadd is not just football, we strive to achieve good results in all matches.
