Turkey beat Israel 88-76 in the last 16 of the FIBA Women’s European Under-20 Championship to advance to the quarterfinals.
The first quarter was played at the Gip Arena in Vilnius, the capital of Lithuania, and the final score ended at 25-25. At the end of the first half, the Nationals led 41-34.
After leading 67-54 in the third quarter, the Crescent Stars won 88-76 and secured a ticket to the quarterfinals.
