Muscat: The launch of Trump International Resorts in Itti Aida is aimed at attracting global investors. Eric Trump and Donald Trump Jr. of the Trump Organization attended the ceremony, which also included a special video message from former US President Donald Trump.

Dar Global, in partnership with Omran Group, a leading tourism development organization in Oman, has awarded a QR9.3 million contract to Omani Shapoorji Company LLC for the first phase of infrastructure development at Aida. Scheduled for completion in 2027, Aida is strategically located by the sea, offering stunning views from a height of 130 meters and blending in with its coastal environment. The infrastructure contract, valued at QR9,345,653, includes the design and construction of essential elements such as roads, water and electricity networks, utilities, drainage and sewerage systems, as well as improvements to the surrounding road network within Aida. The works adhere to strict technical standards, complementing Aida’s luxury offering and supporting its residential and commercial phases.
Spanning 5 million square metres, just a short drive from the centre of Muscat, Aida aims to redefine standards of architectural excellence, environmental sustainability and bespoke living. Featuring luxurious mansions, exclusive villas and exquisite apartments, the project aims to position Oman as a premier destination for tourism, residence and investment.
