Tools for creating a blog or website

In the eighth month of this year, I wrote an article about the Wetpaint service, which allows you to create your own blog, wiki or website without knowing the language to create websites (HTML or other) and without downloading any software on your computer. Such services are very important for people in the South, since many people use computers that do not belong to them (in restaurants), so downloading programs on these computers becomes difficult.
