The United States has called on Iran that escalating tensions with Israel is not in Tehran’s interest.
US Secretary of State Press Advisor Miller briefed the daily press conference on the escalating tensions in the Middle East following the assassination of Hamas political leader Ismail Haniyeh.
Miller said they have told the Iranian government that “increased tensions are not in Tehran’s best interest and that the United States will continue to support Israel.”
Miller said the United States is working to prevent the escalation of conflicts in the Middle East and stressed that tensions are not beneficial to countries in the region.
Xiaomi said: “Of course we are prepared to overcome all difficulties.”
